@Laura when I first heard my mom playing her own music on the piano after my dad (who now lives in a different city) abused her for so long and forced her not to play the piano for over 20 years. She was just so happy and her music is so moving. I love my mom so much.

@Laura My happiest memory is when I'm in 4th grade dancing with a girl in school that changed my life. We looked into each others eyes while holding hands and dancing gracefully without a care in the world. That's why my saddest memory is also leaving her alone in the dance class, never to be reunited again.
My happiest memory is dancing to Lou Bega in the living room with my mom when I was a little kid. I think we were all actually, genuinely happy then.
