Honesty

Instead of putting me down for being emotional and upset, they put in the effort to understand what I'm going through

I dont even know about dating tbh. Ive sort of got cheated a couple days ago and it hurts so bad simply because before anything he was my best friend. :(

Of all the qualities, honesty, patience, kind, positive, the list goes on. One single quality Id like to see in a perspective partner would be empathy. Poisitive empathy, to the point of action even if it were just a hand on my shoulder, or a look that says, I get it.
