One quality I look for in a romantic partner is....
Someone with whom I can share my thoughts without the fear of being judged
Emotional warmth
I just need someone that understands.
The willingness to learn. Relationships aren
Being loved, liked, appreciated, and caried for by someone who has a natural instict to do so. That would be heavenly.
@straightforwardHemlock5300,
I am of the same opinion and I might add - being understood,supported and respected,I think this wraps it all up!😊
I dnt have expectations anymore... bec the more u expect, the more u wil get disappointed.
Anybody in this world is capable of hurting us, even our family.
Its just.... just choose to be with the person u love. So that no matter how hurt u are, its worth the pain.
And when u love, love without ifs and buts.
U cnt find mr or ms Right, if u cnt be right first for them.
I would hope that my partner is someone I can communicate and hold conversations of all kinds.. from obscure things, to the deep real talks knowing that I could be myself entirely with no disrepect and full understanding and acceptance.
What if i do not have a romantic partner? I feel like getting commited with a mood disorder is not a good option . I want to be single forever so there will b no one to judge me
Honestly
irrelevant. i will never have love. life is nothing but a perpetual punishment for the miserable act of being born which never shouldve happened. the cruel gods planted an intense desire in my heart for romantic love from the time i was a boy and it has since always eluded me im not allowed to have it i WILL NEVER FIND LOVE i will always always be alone no hope for me. loneliness kills. love tortures me because i cannot have. beauty tortures me because it is forbidden to me. im seen as worthless trash because i'm not tall enough (only 5'7), im not a robust towering pillar of alpha male confidence, im not the brash domineering a_hole dude that women want their man to be sometimes, im uncoordinated, hypersensitive, intense, im a pathetic screwup with too many issues. stigmatized. they overlook me and if they happen to catch a glance at me they perceive me as nothing but something negligible and worthless, or at best just 'a nice guy' maybe to talk to, but never love or spend the life with, heck no that is impossible. i hate my life i hate this world i wish i werent here. loneliness and all the corollary pain its dealt me has literallly knocked years off my life already with the amount of damage, suffering, substance abuse. it's killing me. when i hit 40 and realize its completely too late im jumping off a bridge. f__ everything.
@hollowman84
That alpha male crap isn't all its cracked up to be, I think most people don't want to be truly happy, because that would require work on their part, so they settle for less. My advice to you, don't settle for being alone, be heard my brother. I wish you the best in spite of everything life likes to dump on us.
@conscientiousApricot8654 Oh believe me im not settling for being alone. there's nothing i want more than finding true love. i will never settle for a loveless unsatisfying relationship either. and thus i am guaranteed permanent solitude because no one I want to be with will ever be mutually attracted to me because i am seen as an emotionally dysfunctional psychologically defective freak. i will not live a long life if i am condemned to perpetual suffering in loneliness. Loneliness kills. I am doomed. A misfit not made for this world. When I realize all hope is truly irrevocably dead at age 40 i am swallowing a bottle of wine 50 sedatives a grenade and then jumping off a cliff and then the rest of me can be shred to pieces like my heart that has been destroyed by a lifetime of rejection and unmitigated solitude.
