One thing that made me smile and this is going to sound stupid but my one friend not getting me in trouble and my other getting me a very important paper even though I didnt ask he walked all the way around the building
While at work one guy really stuck out. We were doing dangerous, and physically demanding work that was new to a bunch of the people there. I've seen this situation many times before, the person in charge often gets flustered and starts yell at people instead of to people, if that makes sense. This guy not only kept the us motivated but was constantly informing people of the next steps and how to preform them, and giving out lots of encouragement and positive feedback. I made sure to mention it to his boss as he really stuck out for having excellent leadership skills, way beyond his present position.
