Hello,
This may seem silly, but somerhing good that happened to me today requires a little story:
There's a guy that I work with who I've had a crush on ever since I started back in December. I've already told him a few months ago how I felt about him, but he ended up not feeling the same, and informed me that he was polyamorous, which I something I support (like you do you lol) but not really something that I'd be intereested in or would want in a partner. 🤷♀️
Anyhoo, I always thought that things were awkward since that conversation. I haven't seen him in person since, and now we are working from home due to COVID, but I still just felt that things were weird.
Well, earlier today, he shared this post on his Facebook that said "Say hi and I'll give you a compliment," and he wrote "Do this" as a caption. So I did it. 😂 And he basically told me that he thinks I'm great, he appreciates me helping him out at work, and listening to his depressive rants, and that I'm an amazing friend. I know I for sure got friend-zoned, but it felt good to know that he appreciates me and doesn't think I'm a complete weirdo or anything. And he's so cute, like it just made my heart melt.
Just thought I would share, because it really made my day. :)
