What does your perfect day look like?
Heya awesomest people!
A lil fun question for today....
What does your perfect day look like?
(with who, where, why)
Not this.
The perfect day for me is a day i feel happy and confident & i get to spend it with my loved ones eating good food and going to the beach or anywhere we feel comfortable . Also the weather has to be perfect and we all have to be happy and healthy
I am clear about what a convenient day to me is like.
So, my take is that my perfect day is one where whichever convenient thing I choose to do brings the results I expect. So basically, a day where I get what I want. Where things work out my way.
'A perfect day is a day when I get what I want'... I guess... Still figuring out if this makes sense...
Nah, there's no perfect day. I won't always get what I want. I may however choose to feel content about myself, no matter what my day turns out to be --as long as I know I did my best. I can feel OK about myself and claim it is a great day as long as I do my best. I can live with that.
My perfect day looks like a cloudy, rainy day. Laying in bed with my love watching movies, eating a bunch of snacks, and just enjoying each other's company.
My perfect day as of right now would be a stress-free one where I don't need to study for my licensure exam and I don't need to do a lot of paperworks in my research. It would be wonderful if I could stay in bed all day just listening to some good old music while eating comfort food. Or watching my favorite TV shows and playing my stress reliever games. Reading everything would be a good thing to do too; I could read the whole day away and it will be a bliss. The important thing is as long as I'm not stressed and as of now, I don't really need a company to be quite happy so I guess being alone while doing the things that I want to do is my kind of perfect day.
@AvaPeriwinkle
you sound as though you have managed to find the inner peace that we could all do with. Meditation, relaxation and candles can prove useful with stress. Try the breathing techniques as in calming apps there is one available on this site. I hope you have a good day 💗
@sunshineEmbrace53
Yeah I did to some extent. Maybe it comes with maturity and experiences, but I realized that you don't really need to be with someone to be able to call it a perfect day. Self love and self care aren't selfish; and indulging into them as long as not in extremes is never a bad thing. Before you take care of others, be sure to know how to take care of yourself or else you'll fall apart. :D
Yeah breathing exercises always work for me. They are classic calming techniques but they sure do well.
PS. I hope you have a great day, too! It doesn't have to be a perfect one, but a good one would suffice. c:

Taking a road trip, cherishing those little happy moments, re-discover how amazing this life is
Spending quality time with my friends
My perfect day would be me doing anything thay I want to do especially cafe hopping and doing my artwork surrounded with cats.
It looks like my friends and courtiers approaching me for a conversation instead of me always initiating.
And them initiating a conversation with me out of genuineness instead of anger that I haven't initiated them.
(Real life, not the people I listen to here.)
Hmmm my perfect day... The day that everyone I meet and have to interact with has integrity and respect regardless of race, physical appearance, age, financial class. A day where everyone I meet has compassion and forgiveness for others' mistakes. To me that is the root of all my difficulty with people. I would love to hide in my room and veg out, but to me *why* is more important. Dealing with unnecessary stress and a lack of integrity sends me to the far reaches of society
