Would you rather be loved or feared?
I'm not really sure, but I'm leaning more towards feared.
it is much safer to be feared than loved Safer is better, too, because you won't have to watch your back as much. People will be less likely to conspire against someone they fear than someone they love.
Woah this question made me do a double take.. Thought about my mom.. honestly I'm not sure what her true answer to that would be.. but since I was little I always feared her...
(Honest Side) Feared
- It is easier to work with when others understand your limits
- Do not get pushed over easily
(Morally Ethical Side) Loved
- I often "oversee", "assume", negative side of things...
- Which is not healthy
- but it is a learnt behaviour since young...
- i know it (likely) can be changed/relearnt... but it takes effort, time (or maybe not)
I would have to say neither, i don't expect anything from anyone in life, we come across hurt, hate, confusion and a whole range of emotions devoting ourselves to such a state of feeling. My heart has been turned to stone but it has made me the strong person i am today, strongly focused on doing well and being there for my family till the day i pass, i do not wish to be provided love nor fear as nowadays it all seems to be an illusion, its best to surround yourself with those who are least likely to threaten you being loved and turn it to hurt, enjoy life and enjoy the time you have with the ones you love, have a nice day all.
Kind Regards
Bro
i would rather be loved
I am female and I think emotionally being loved is more fulfilling. If I were male I probably would lean towards being feared.
Loved loved loved (!!!)
I would rather want to be loved because real love comes with affection, growth, respect, and support. But that is not something you can guarantee from other people when they fear you.
I would rather feel loved. I always feel at ease when I feel loved. When people seem scared of me, I feel as though I'm a horrible person. So I prefer being loved than feared.
