Abandonment worries
I worry my wife will leave me. No reason to worry but it is causing the odd tension as my wife is annoyed I have these worries.

Yeah, sometimes we seems to have no ground to be worry but we still do.
How has the worry of being abandoned affecting your actions?
@quietNest9539 what I have understood is that you might have some past unresolved abandonment related trauma, and your unconscious is prehaps reminding you or trying to make it alert. It could go back to your childhood. Did you have any abandonment experiences in the past, particularly during the early childhood? I have had many so I can relate, as I am also constantly worried about one of my relationship with a friend, when ever she does not reply for some good reason, I am like she is gone ...
