Discussion: What Did You Learn From Previous/ Current Relationships?
I learned from my previous relationship that even if you give all your heart to someone, it is not 100% sure that they will also reciprocate. And, then even the most loving person could turn into cold hearted person.

Ok. This is a bit hard for me, but i keep running across this thread. So maybe things i say may help others. The most valuable thing I have learned, is to never put yourself first. It should be equal. Sometimes yes, you may be absolutely right and justified in how you feel. But you need to have realization of your sug others feelings in how you approach it. Before I learned that I suffer from anxiety and depression and a bit of PTSD 3 years ago, I was in a great friendship with my girl (not girlfriend for those who know me on here, but we were working towards that...shes my everything and still is :) ). She was emotionally abused. Probably still is. Well she got afraid i think after i did some huge things. So she backed off. In an anxiety attack, i took her wrongly, i lashed out at her. I didnt know what i was doing. My world collapsed (not really, was just how i took it) right in front of my eyes. Thats how i always responded to panic attacks. Well what i said blemished our relationship and her trust. Even tho what i felt was right in questioning, i should have stopped and got ahold of myself. And aproached it all differently so i could respect her heart too. So, what i learned was compassion in all you do in a relationship. Understand the situation fully before you confront. Or u will be like us. Best friends who need eachother, but cannot even speak to eachother. Good luck all.
