Getting dumped 4 times by the same person
I've been with this guy for 2 years now, and things were amazing at the start. Then the pandemic happened and we started LDR. Things were stable at first and then he said he wanted to break up. Out of the blue. He didn't state a reason, just that I deserved better. I didn't handle it well. I cried and begged and he took me back. It happened a total of 4 times now.
I know this is toxic and stuff, but I have some sort of emotional attachment to him and I can't imagine life without him. He apologizes later saying he was just angry and he took it out on me. I don't know what to do, or what to feel. Any advice would be helpful.

Long distance relationships are hard, no matter what. LDR during the pandemic? It's a really huge challenge! Take care, and I hope you consider chatting through your feelings with a listener to get some perspective about how you're feeling.
