I often find myself being overly paranoid of my boyfriend cheating on me. I know it’s because I’m insecure because he’s never given me a reason to but I always find myself making myself mad and being just a bit too controlling he doesn’t say anything about it but I don’t want him to think I am crazy.

i don’t think it’s because you’re insecure , us as humans when we grow through things with people and it happens over again it’s just really hard to trust someone, but you have to build trust & keep building it’ll be really hard at first but you got this:)

Thank you for the support. I appreciate it a lot I just feel bad because I feel like it can be draining me constantly asking to see his phone constantly asking who he is texting we have been together over two years I feel like I shouldn’t even have this issue anymore but I still do.

I go through the same thing with my boyfriend. We have been really good friends for 17 years and I've never seen him cheat or anything. Since we have started dating, he has been dishonest about a couple of things which makes me think he is up to something, but he is always looking in my phone, doubting things I say, etc. Living with someone is totally different than knowing them, if you know what I mean. I go through his phone and some things don't add up to me so I ask. Sometimes I feel like I am going crazy!

Hey! I totally feel you. I never want to seem controlling so I’m very easy going with him. But the fear is always there and I feel like it’s been affecting how I am around him. You’re not alone! I recommend doing things on your own and practice things that make you happy outside of your relationship with him. This way your attention is on things outside of him.
