Hopeless in love

Hey. I'm giving up on love. I believe it exists but simply not for me. I'm tired of waiting, dreaming of it... A 25 y.o. girl that is almost always ignored by guys...and the very few ones that I got dates with (thanks to dating apps) always end up ignoring me. All of this hurts so much.

@brightPlum9077 I'm sorry you're feeling so hopeless. Don't give up. I am 37 and just met someone who I think is the one. At 27 I met the first one who *seemed* to accept me, and it turned out to be for all the wrong reasons. You are still young and have a lot of life in front of you to learn and grow and love yourself.

I am so sorry you are feeling lost and ignored, that cant be feel good. I would say dont give up on love just yet. Maybe spend some time focusing on you and doing things you enjoy without worrying about love and it just might find you. Or just take a break and go looking later.

I'm so sorry to hear that you are feeling hopeless. I know it can be frustrating sometimes. But like everyone else said, you are young and you still have time. I hope you find someone who makes you believe in love once again. Take care.

@brightPlum9077 am sorry that you feel that way, but allow me to tell you my thoughts <3 , love is a combination of things a mix, that is varies from a person to another, and it can be more than one mix that leads to love , maybe you were not their combination, neither they were yours, because as from your words, they were just dates, not that you loved any of them, you're young, and there is a lot of other things to focus on , ( yourself most important ), and while doing whatsoever you love to do, you will find someone who shares the same hobbies as you do, interests, and it doesn't matter when, as much as who, and finding who really makes you happy, don't you think so? <3

Thanks again for the support. I also think that I give so much importance to this dating topic because I'm currently feeling alone since I have been moving to different places in the last years (3 different cities). I'm trying to apply what you advice me and I hope my energies don't run out soon as usual. Thank you :)

true love usually happens the least you expect it. it will just knock on your door and will say." im here now. im the one". we do fall in love at wrong times and wrong people. but we can do good stuff while waiting. maybe its not time for you. you're still young. do things that make you better so when love knocks, you are ready.

You've said you are using dating apps. Exactly what kind of apps? I personally met my current boyfriend using https://www.asiandate.com . I used to be very shy and I could never make the first move to contact guys I liked. Online dating was my only way out:)
