How to forgive and move on?

How have you learned to forgive and move on after finding out your spouse cheated? Im trying so hard, but then the emotions hit all at once and my depression deepens. I dont know how to let it go and move on. I want to feel happy and good enough.

I saw your message and imagine that you are going through a lot of pain and lost of trust there.
I know Cheating on a good person is like throwing away a diamond and picking up a rock and when trust is lost it is like paper now that is it crumbled it can't be perfect again. I hope that we can talk a bit about it
