Newly single and feeling quite low
@Solence05
Sorry to hear about your break-up, they always suck. :(
What you can do is let yourself grieve. It is hard for the first few days/weeks but over time, it always gets easier. You are effectively going through a type of withdrawal mentally which is always hard to get through.
The most important thing is to look after yourself, go easy on yourself and do things you enjoy. Look at this time as a chance to develop yourself and your interests further. It's okay to feel sad at the moment and to let yourself grieve, but with a focus on getting back to normality again. You can do it!

I'm really sorry to hear about that.Surviving a relationship break-up can be one of the most difficult things we ever do and on an emotional level can be one of the most painful processes in our lives. Losing a boyfriend/girlfriend or a husband/wife can feel like your heart is literally being torn out. Try not to fight your feelings too much buddy.If you try to ignore or suppress these feelings, you will likely only prolong the normal grieving process, and sometimes get totally stuck in it. Healthy coping means both identifying these feelings and allowing ourselves to experience these feelings. As hard as it is, you cannot avoid the pain of loss, but realize that by experiencing these feelings, they will decrease over time and you will speed up the grieving process.
Talking about your feelings related to the break-up is an equally powerful tool to manage them. As we talk to supportive friends and family members, we can come to some new understandings and relieve some of our pain.
In addition to talking to others, it can be very helpful to journal your thoughts and feelings related to the break-up.you can create a thought journal where you can write any negative thought and the emotion related to it.this will help you identify the pattern in your thoughts and you will start looking at the bright side.
other than this you can talk to me or anyone on 7cups for more help.remember we all are here for you.
cheer up buddy and hope for the best.
