I think it's pretty normal and okay. In my opinion, it's one of the best kinds of friendships because you get to see life from someone else's point of view and it's just fun and awesome overall

They are my friends. I make friends with like-minded people. There are a lot of people in this world. Not everyone can or wants to fit in the gender binary. It is total okay. A person is a person. Making friends with a person is delightful.

I think they're great. Some of my closest friends are of the opposite gender and I always like being able to get a different perspective of things that i wouldn't see by myself. It's always a fun time with them.
