you are so right so far. Respecting is an unique power with all other aspects of friendship and yeah friendship is a part of a successful relationship
In my opinion, the most valuable things in a relationship are trust and honesty, followed by another qualities. You need someone you can be comfortable enough and trust to tell even your deepest fears and nightmares to and someone who can have the decency to only be honest with you. not to sugar coat anything. Also, friendship is a really really important factor. You will never succeed to be in a long term healthy realtionship if you are not friends first. And by friends I mean someone you can laugh with, tell secrets to and trust, count on. Physical affection is not everything.
