So I'm new to this but maybe someone can halp me out. I'm a 15 Year old girl in a long distance relationship, my boyfriend said he would visit for our 1 year anniversary ---today---. He told me this 3 months ago, instead of visiting he decided to go on a last minute camping and trip with his buddies. So today on our Anniversary I asked if he would be around soon and he broke the news to me. He is a 7 hour and 38 minute drive away (he is legally allowed to drive) and has only visited once and that was before we even dated. He got mad at me for asking when he thinks he could visit. I feel like I shouldn't be so hurt but I am and him knowing that I have past issues with people breaking there word is hard hurts

What do I dooi??

As someone who had a long distance relationship myself, communication is such a huge factor. He seems to have snapped at you for no apparent reason other than you just wanting to know when you could see him again, which I think is a very valid thing to ask. Seeing as you two don't see each other often due to distance. If he is willing, have a serious conversation with him and express how him doing that made you feel. If he cares enough about you then I'm sure he will apologize for making you feel like you weren't a priority. But anyway I hope all goes well. Long distance can be tough. Luckily for mine communication paid off and 6 yrs later we are together with a son lol. I hope things turn out on a good note and don't be afraid to express your concerns because you deserve to be treated well with respect.

P.S. It wouldn't hurt to ask him what might have aggravated him to snap at you. You never know if something on his end that might be bothering him so it doesn't hurt to figure out the root of the problem. Good luck

Thank you for the advice, once he is able to talk again I will definitely try to talk to him about it. I'm glad things worked out for you and your ... spouse I suppose. Anywhooo much luck and support to you. And I thank you for the advice.
