Best Friend

I cant tell if my best friend likes me. I found out a couple of months ago that he liked in in the summer of last year, but I started dating someone right when he was about to tell me. Flash forward to now, we hang one on one a lot and also with our two other friends that are a couple. He’ll always look at me and when i turn to look at him too he smiles at me. He also hugs me a lot and texts me all the time. Just for reference, I don’t know anyone else he hugs. Idk if it’s because i’m his closest friend or that I’m more to him. He always makes a point to always sit next to me and, from my end at least, there’s a lot of tension between us. If anyone makes a joke about us dating or anything relationship like we get really awkward and shy. Also, the other day, he was trying to make a joke about our guys friend having a nice body when I wasn’t in the room but he said my name by mistake. I feel like if he didn’t have some sort of feelings for me he wouldn’t have even had my name in his head when thinking about that. When he found out a month ago that i knew he liked me last summer he also got so nervous and didn’t know what to say to me. Idk maybe i’m just over analyzing!
