Cheated
am I a bad person letting my ex kiss me when he had a girlfriend?

I knew this guy for only two months but we were passionate we did stuff together and he at the time didn’t want a relationship but we still saw each other but drama went down and he cut me off for a month or two. He just text me yesterday for the first time in one or two months and said we’re still friends and everything and he told me if I was seeing anyone then he said he was in a relationship with someone. So he asked me if I wanted to meet up and talk so we did and then one thing led to another he kissed me but we also did something else as well and he told me he kissed me so I can move on and get over him but he also said he liked this girl then another minute he’s saying he doesn’t really know if he likes her as much or wants to keep the relationship going between them and then he told me not to tell anyone now I feel like trash knowing I just did all this with him and he cheated on her, I like this guy alot I’ve cried over him for two months cause I couldn’t move on and handle the thought of being away from him but I feel I ruined someone else’s relationship cause of that and I don’t know what to do.
perhaps you feel bad not that you were the person he used to cheat..... maybe he is not whom you thought and dodged a bullet that if situation was reversed he might do the same to you... does he feel the same remorse and guilt ?
he is the one who crossed a line he could have stopped at kiss or even talking.....
he sound confused about what he wants and hopes to keep you interested and in the wings.....
I don’t know if he does or not all he said was don’t tell anyone and I told him alright then it turns out he took me off of Snapchat I have his Instagram but before I left he said don’t text him Intill he text me which makes me nervous like is he not gonna talk to me anymore? Are we still friends Atleast like he completely shut me off after this and hasn’t contacted me the only reason why I’m talking about it rn is cause it’s not my friends it’s people I don’t know and I don’t know I just wanted some opinions or just advice

i understand and think you have nothing to feel bad about he is acting odd to say those things like do not tell or contact me i will contact you etc....
hopefully you see he is not very trustworthy and even if you like him alot he does not seem to be an honest person....... and only wanted a hook-up and to keep you in the wings it seems

He's a jerk and just using you to satisfy his lust. Don't waste your time on him! Not worth it.
