I’ve been unhappy in my relationship now for 3 months. I have lost all hope and trust in my partner and it has left me sad all the time. I’m constantly fighting with myself about why I haven’t left yet when I know how he makes me feel. I feel stuck and am not sure what to do. Any advice on how to start leaving?

I get where you are coming from. I am in the same position. You may love this person and try to think about the good times together hoping that they change, but in the end it is your life. You deserve happiness, and if its without that person then let them go. It may be hard at first, but it will all be worth it in the end. Best of luck to you❤️

I realized after I found videos of other women on his phone and he started victimizing himself. He won’t ever let me talk about the problems I have in our relationship but always says it’ll just get better. I lost all trust in him went I found the videos and when I tell him I feel sad or insecure he just acts like what happened wasn’t that big of a deal and that he doesn’t understand why I’d be upset. There were a lot of signs before, but they weren’t a problem until now so I blame myself for not seeing them as a problem before.

@goldenJar8816- I actually have googled SO many areas around relationships in the past 4 months during my separation. Taken some of the ideas to heart and other ones do not fit. My spouse definately has narcissists tendencies, and my only word of wisdom is leave sooner than later. Married 27 years and realized what a waste of so much of my life. Best of luck to you.

I am going through the same thing, I left 3 weeks ago. I started by seperating everything and making a path out for myself. I've ended up going back multiple times it the past year and each time it just got worse. No going back this time but it's unbelievable hard.
