I’m unsure

I have been speaking to this guy I met at work over the last few months…recently he’s been having a really hard time and recently been having relationship issues with his other half. He has been opening up to me about it..and messaging every day since..even instigating the conversation back up when I don’t respond.

we do have an amazing connection in person, and it is often noticed by others. I don’t want to take anything out of context and not look at it for what it is?

I don’t know whether this is a sign of interest or just a load of wishful thinking?
