Is it over?
Hello, so I’ve been dating this girl and things were going great. Then on New Years I decided to drink(I’m an alcoholic and this was a relapse) I dropped off the map for 2 days and when I finally responded to her she thought I had been ignoring her. So I told her the truth. Well things got a little rough after that and the last message I received was “I’m sorry too and you’re a really great person. You were the first person I talked to after ending my long term relationship and it was really nice to have met a genuinely kind person like you, I just think it’s best to have some space right now.” That message was from 3 days ago and I know not to bother her, but does it sound like the relationship is over between us?
For me it isn’t over bcz she said she just want space, not breaking up. Maybe you can try to reach her just to say what you feel, or give her flower, something like that. Just to show that you still care about her. But don’t expect any reply..
she’s taking her time so let her be. But I think you could show her some sign that you’re still there for her.
