My views on relationships

Growing up from 8th grade up until my junior year (last year) I kinda had negative views on dating. I saw the way my brothers relationships went and how they separated him and his parents and I think this might’ve caused me to not want to commit. I had a lot of talking stages and people that I basically dated, I just never really committed to them and now I really regret it. I’m in my senior year now and I have a more positive look on dating and I think I’m open for a relationship, but I think I might’ve thrown my opportunities away. Any advice or input would be great.
