Over reacting?

I'm trying to figure out if I'm over reacting to this. I woak up this morning just full of anxiety and it's just one of those days so i donxt know if this is just my anxiety or an actual problem. Basicaly I see my guy about once per week. This week my job has been insanely busy and it's usually the other way around. Sunday he didn't get off work till 1am and had to be in at 8 Monday so when we both got off at a decent time Monday I understand why we didn't see eachother. He was exhausted. Yesterday he got off at 9 and were were going to see eachother but I was stuck at work till 2am. Today i will be off at a decent time (he doesn't know what time he'll be off til closer to evening) and I kind of got my hopes up about seeing him today. Earlier we were texting and I had mentioned I'm hoping to be off at a decent time and he responded with he hopes I'm not going to be stuck at work hella late so I thought he was thinking about having me over but I didn't ask because I know he still doesn't know what time he'll be off. But a little bit ago I had asked him how his day was going and he said it sucks and he can't wait to get off work so he can go home and clean dished and do laundry and go to bed. Mind you he was off early yesterday and could have done those things but to me I kind of broke down because I was exited to be able to see him and he's acting like he's not even thinking about seeing me today. Plus when I'm over I do his dishes and laundry so it's not like that stuff wouldn't get done. He's always telling me how he misses me but I feel like he'd rather sleep or be alone half the time. I just donxt know if it's my anxiety that's blowing everything out of proportion or if I'm justified in being upset.

It is understandable how you feel but before letting your emotions guide you talk to him. Males tend to be very enclosed with their emotions. Ask how he feels but in person. Let him know you are there to support him. Maybe something is bothering him but he feels like he can't talk about it.
