my bf hasn’t proposed yet but I know pretty much everything about it and pretty much when it’s gonna happen and it just all feels ruined and I don’t know what to do anymore

I guess you can do a counter surprise? You how and when it is gonna happen, so maybe add your own twist in?

I wouldn't know. Maybe talk to your friends or the people that is involved to think of a counter surprise for him happening at the same time.
