Self confidence
I've been single for a while. It's not for a lack of trying. I've gone out a lot. Gone through countless talking stages. And I've had a lot girls tell me they were into me at the time we were talking and that they just thought I wasn't interested in them because I wouldn't make a move on them. I've never been able to make the first move or any real big romantic move on someone. I let my nerves get to me. And I've lost out on a lot of really good people because of it. I just don't know how people do it. I mean. How do you know that the person actually likes you? I'm just scared I'll miss read something and ruin everything. I mean. I'm a big not really that attractive guy. I don't wanna creep people out.
It can be hard sometimes to tell if someone is into you or they’re just being nice. I would suggest letting the girl know you like her or you’re into her or whatever wording you want to use that she understand what you mean. If she reciprocate then next moves will be whatever feels comfortable with the both of you. You can make the first move by asking just to make sure it’s what she really wants and there’s no miscommunication and you weren’t misled. Ask her if you can hold her hand or if you can kiss her, etc. I had a guy asked me if he can kiss me when we were on a date. It was very sweet but I was initially taken aback and took extra seconds to response. We dated for a couple years. Then I had a guy try to kiss me on a date and I moved my head to give him a kiss on the cheek. He later texted me asking why I did that. I said that I wasn’t into him like that. We never saw each other again. So I do think you should be asking to make sure you’re on the same page.
