Signs, signs, what are the signs?

So, im single. Have been for quite sometime. Never been into the dating sites. Actually, never been the type to pursue anyone. Just always let things happen. One of my friends, brought her friend out to hang with our group. From the very beginning her and I hit it off, talking amongst ourselves around everyone. Would only see her on weekends and never rext or call each other at first. Another friend, on her own accord, spoke to her and asked her if she was interested in me, which she stated yes. Every time she came around, she would sit by me, we would talk, play games together etc. We began texting and calling. I almost always initiate the texting/calling. But she does answer my calls right away, most of the time. Sometimes she wont answer or call back but always replies the next day as to why. We recently went out of town for the weekend together as a group. Her and I talked, walked together, sat together etc. Had a great time. On a 9hr car ride home, we only didnt talk for about 5min total. We have a lot in common. She's a single mom of 3, so I know she's busy. I've met her oldest. From here I'm not sure what to do. I suck at reading signs. I never know when the appropriate time to you know, touch her arm or leg, hold her hand or even go in for the first kiss. Hell, I'm not even sure when the right time is to basically verify to her that I am interested in her. Can someone help make sense of this? Give some advice? Does she sound interested still? Is she playing games? I mean, we've talked about doing things this summer. What do I do? Help!!
