Talking about an Ex

My boyfriend and his ex broke up before the end of summer, we recently started dating, but he will bring her up more than I am comfortable with. How do I deal with this and is this normal? I can’t get the thought of him cheating on me out of my head.

You can easily just tell him straight up stop mentioning her. That you are not jealous but their is no need to even bring her up. If he continues to then you should leave him alone.. it’s really that simple. You don’t allow anyone to make you feel uncomfortable. It’s not normal what he’s doing and if you don’t say anything then you are inviting him to do or say other things.. you want a healthy relationship and what he’s doing is not healthy
