What happened
This guy that works for the railroad started chatting with me on messenger and we chatted as friends for a few weeks then he started flirting with me. He asked me to hang out with him one saturday watching trains near where he lives. At the end of the night he asked if he could date me. I came up to his place again the next day and hung out with some of his friends. Had a great 2 days an I thought everything went well. Its been about 3 weeks since he asked to date me and alot has changed. We went from talking everyday on messenger to now maybe 1x a week. I get it he works long 12 hour days an is tired when he comes home. The only time I see him is when he runs the train down in my area maybe 1-2x a week. I feel like something changed and I dont know why.

When a person starts to see someone and the friend introduction is like a mini job interview event they get a short glimpse and the first impression and then yes probably made judgement about if you are the right fit as GF. they tell the person after the fact .... and that tend to have more pull on guys then girls IMO
It is hard to pinpoint any certain item but when people spend a few days especially in a semi long distance thing even one thing can be something that cause them to pause....... if he is "too busy" and not responding he is hoping you move on without the awkward reason why some people cannot even pinpoint what may not have clicked.
@XElleX6193 I think people get busy sometimes and some people aren't glued to their phones or computers and work can get in the way of things so maybe give it a few more weeks and see if he is still interested or if you should move on.
