Good friend is pushing us away and we feel upset
A friend of ours got into a relationship almost a year ago and has spent less time with us which was fine and we understood her and gave her all the time she wants/needs with her boyfriend. We spent more time with each other but we always extended an invitation to her despite us knowing that she's spending time with her boyfriend and that she lives far away because we miss her and we didn't want her to feel excluded but there are times where we hangout and we would share those moments on social media. We developed inside jokes and fond memories but we never stopped thinking of our friend. We didn't think much of it because we thought that it was harmless but later we found out that she got upset by it said and she felt replaced since we had a new friend hang with us a lot and started pushing us away. We tried to talk to her about it but she was a bit vague about some of her feelings except for when she said that she felt left out. On that part, we were wrong and we should have tried harder to express our feelings of missing her company to her but we can't help but feel upset at how she is still acting because we explained our side and apologized already but it is like she just shut the door at us. She is aware that we invite her for things and that we are willing to make adjustments. We thought that sharing those moments was harmless sinceasince she posts about her bf. We feel bad for making her feel replaced. It was not our intention to. What should we do now? :(
