I’ve never had a friendship last longer then two years and recently the better friends I am with someone the faster they leave me at this point I have no idea what to do and I fell like I’m not worth any effort

Friendship is a two way street. Its not just upto you to make the effort or be the better friend. If friendships end for whatever reason, it just wasn't meant to be. Dont let that put you off reaching out to others, and somewhere amongst the sea of people you will find the right friend, who appreciates you as much as you appreciate them.
