What are you most proud of? Why?

Are you proud of your achievements, qualities, friendships/families you have, the challenges you managed to face, overcame difficult times in your life that helped you grow as a person?

It's important to look back on the good that happened, on the good that we own, the good that we fought for. What memories do these bring?

Now that you ask,
I suppose I should be really proud of
how I completely turned my life around
in my late teens and early 20's.
It all seemed like
a miracle was happening back then.
But ever since,
I've always felt,
I still have to prove myself, every day.
That's how life is, I feel.

Thats good to hear you can enjoy your life when you are young. Speaking of miracle I'm interested to hear more. :)
And what about having to prove yourself everyday? You must be going through some tough time.

The miracle back in my late teens and early 20's was,
probably just a bunch of amazing coincidences of good fortune or luck.
But one never knows for sure.
At the time it seemed like an ongoing miracle.
"Thinking so" helped me have confidence to make big improvements.
Other thinking changes, like changes in mindsets about the world and myself, helped also.

Regarding proving one's self every day,
that's just something I learned over the years.
There are many reasons that I believe it.

First, people judge you based on your most recent performance.
"You're only as good as your last success", as they say.

Second, we can't assume that good situations will last long.
We need to take advantage of them while they are there.
That requires proving one's self daily when good judgement and performance and taking initiative are all needed.
That also requires that we prepare for the future when we have the chance.

Such inspiring wise thoughts you just brought to the table . I loved reading what you shared. Confidence comes through not only success but failure because you have chanceto get better and better. Right judgement on which choices to make and taking initiative to make things happen helps us bring closer on many life's opportunities. Well done. I'm proud of you!
