I was giving a friend some help today 🙈 and his mom walked in... Just dont know what to do about it

What help was you giving him? Is it something health related? He didn't want his mum to know ok. I would just leave it and let him bring it up with her if he needs to. Just be there for him.
Sorry I'm not sure what he didn't want his mum to know.

Sometimes awkward things like that happen. Is not your fault, she just happened to come in. Just try to act normal and hopefully he will too. And also hope that his mum understands
