2 years in a useless relationship

Idk how to say that while I’m still grieving Bcs it’s still fresh the break up, the person I loved most and I still feel that I love her and that hurt a lot because I tried everything to fix the relationship. Idk how it ended from healthy relationship to toxic one. Is it Bcs if her toxic friends ? Or is it Bcs she is bored and want to find someone else ?

idk how to heal. I’m crying so hard that my eyes r swallowed and can’t stop throwing up all day. I try to eat feeling hungry but can’t eat, trying to sleep feeling sleepy but can’t sleep.

all that because I told her something wrong that she did and she didn’t accept it. Just because she didn’t accept that she made something wrong.

Sounds like there is much more to this story and hard to get over a bad breakup if you really are not able to see the big picture...

if you told her she did something wrong i am assuming this was a big deal ... if she feel she did not do whatever or that it was not wrong this is over regardless of if she has toxic friends or not ... but toxic friend will remind her of every thing you did or said to support her in this breakup.

i think people could get over breakup better if they see it takes two to make a relationship work.

instead of thinking of it as a waste of time try to think more of what can you learn from the experience. For example in your future relationships what would you tolerate and not tolerate? What qualities did that person NOT have that you wanted? Dating is an experience and just like everything else you have to keep trying until you know what you truly like and what qualities you want in a partner. I know this will sound cheesy, but with time your heart will be healed. It’s OK to grief the relationship and to give yourself time to heal. Once you have your crying done and over with. Focus on yourself and loving yourself. Now you are stronger person than you were before

When you have tried your best, you will sleep with a clear consciousness. From the way you described your feelings, it meant you were immersed into it, remind yourself always everyone is important nobody is indispensable. I'm certain sooner or later you will encounter the unexpected love, who will knock at your door.
