3 months post breakup

Hi

My ex broke up with me 3 months ago and It was bad, I have never felt that kind of pain.

Here's the thing, I don't want that relationship back. My ex came back and tried to get me back, I said no the damage was to deep. But, I haven't blocked him. Everyone else is shaming me for going out on dates? Telling me I am not able to stay alone and I should use this time to achieve something. I am just tired and want to feel some warmth or human connection. Is that wrong?
