My ex told me that she will never forgive me and trust me again how do I go about dealing with this? She still talked to me and for an hour she told me how she could never trust me again.

@cjhybil1 she's been very clear about this, which is good, because it gives no room for false hope or illusion. Now you have to process all of this and figure out a way to move on and start working on your future without her. Seeking professional support and a therapeutic approach can be of help, if you're not sure how to do this on your own. Not clinging to the past but learning from it and moving on is the healthiest thing to do.
