do you know Why you do it?     

is she distant or distracted?.... showing less interest in your relationship?   pulling back emotionally?   

Changing behavior often is being aware of why and then stopping it.     When I put my own thoughts on  my partner it made it worse....so when i think about it i stop myself 

    Example:      I avoided asking them to do things because  I thought they would NOT want to  or  they  would be dismissive about the idea. ........ the truth is we missed a lot  of fun and opportunities because i never gave them a chance to say YES or NO.   I assumed for them.
