Advice please
I feel like I'm trapped in a loop of staying with my partner because of our kids I'm pregnant with our second that wasn't ment to be because we were separated. He convinced me to sleep with him even after we broke up and now I feel so helpless

Stuck is a state of mind .... regardless if you are with your partner you are attached to him forever by sharing children. If you want to raise your kids as a family i hope you can solve your relationship issues and if you cannot staying for kids is not good for you or them as they will see a dysfunctional relationship as normal.
i always think if relationship is rocky everyone should have a what if plan..... a plan to be independent if that is what will happen that includes finances/ support and knowing you can be there for your kids. A plan to be civil and know the kids need to come first. Being prepared for worst case gave me ease of mind that i would not feel trapped or stuck and was in a relationship by my choice not circumstances ...a safety net sort of thing...
