Am I overthinking?
Hello! Today I was on a call with my "almost something" he's also my ex and best friend. Today i was on a call with him and he decided to show me his screen. He entered the app "***" and showed me a chat with one of his friends but then I saw the list of chats and at the very there was his ex and best friend, I felt really sad and jealous... I don't know if I'm overthinking...

if he showed you his screen do you think he did not see that chats listed?
do you think he knew and did not find it as a reason to get upset. You call it almost something does he feel that way to like rekindling your past relationship or is he chatting with you as your best friend. it is just to easy to overthink and read too much into small things and all it does is cause us stress and issues. Life is too short to deal with what if's ... ask him if you need to know
