Am i overreacting
im currenly pregnant close to giving birth , ive noticed my partner together nearly a year now has a hidden folder on his phone. we go on eachothers phone normally to check things for eachother as theres trust there so it wasnt done sneakly i just dont know why he would suddenly need a hidden folder with a finger print lock im hormonal as it is so i think i could be over thinking it as i do trust him just the extra hormones arent helping my worrying that he wants someone that isnt pregnant and slim

I think it is normal to wonder why a partner may have a locked folder etc on phone etc. Even if you normally check things on each other's phone. do you not feel comfortable to say "hey saw this on your phone what is it". Could this have been there before, and you just had not seen it?
Too often we fear what something could be, and our mind starts racing.
Many start to internalize that it must be something about us or fear it is worst case scenario. That is unhelpful and often makes us defensive when or if we ask about it. if it is nothing our mind has already convinced us it is something else and we will not believe even if it is NOT.
