Anxious
It's that time where he is giving me silent treatment and it's making me anxious. I don't want to bother him either. I'm sad and scared that he won't ever talk to me again. Please help me make my mind clear out 😔

That is the whole point of people using the silent treatment..IMO .. Aimed to put you in a place of anxious or worried about relationship and then you make all accommodations to appease them.
Silent treatment IMO is not a situation that helps anything. If we try to fix asap to get them to talk most set aside the disagreement and later the same item will pop up ... this does not settle anything. each relationship is different and finding ways to deal with it may take trial and error...
I know when my partner did it....I finally was like "cool " and walked around them like they were invisible to me.... I did not try again and again to get them to talk etc. It finally ended this junk and they KNOW issues need to be handled and discussed not game playing of silent treatment.
