Breakup
Theres a girl that i really loved
We made plans and everything
I did everything with her she did everything with me
I talked to her about everything
But just out of a sudden her response becomes dry and i suggested to take a break and maybe we could come out stronger after the break
But she told me i should just break up with her
And she broke up with me and ghosted me since
She just discard me everything my efforts all the things ive done is like nothing to her
We were invited to a christmas party yesterday and she was laughing and hanging around as if nothing happened and like she never dated me while i was crying outside the party
And then we went to a club later with a group of friends and i saw a guy was holding her hand and grabbing her around in the club but i figure its probably platonic as the guy is touchy to everyone but it still hurts so much
She helped me so much when i was at my lowest point. Its hurting so bad now i dont know what to do my friends told me not to text her but all I hear is "let her go" "move on" "she doesn't deserve you" "you need to let go". You don't understand..how she made me feel. I felt like the lightest thing in the world. When I was with her all my problems disappeared. I was happy. I couldn't stop smiling when I looked at her. I couldn't stop looking in her eyes when she looked at me. I just need a way out of my head and stop thinking about her and move on but i dont know what to do. Please help me

Oh no! How painful! It's clear you've lost something that meant a lot to you and you cared about deeply. And to see your ex acting as if they don't care at all, of course that is going to hurt.
Unfortunately, I don't think I can help you. And there probably isn't much you can do either. A loss like this is much like grief, the main way it is going to get better is with time.
I suspect that's not what you want to hear. In the meantime, it's totally valid to be angry. Or sad. Or cry. You have a lot of hurt and disappointment to process.
Keep sharing about it. We're here to listen when it all gets a bit much.
