Cheated on
So every 3+ year relationship I’ve been in I’ve been cheated on. Which is what it is but the words after the fact that were said or the mean comments I got based on my looks or what not kills my self esteem. Not really sure how to fight this. Posted me on my profile to try to beak this shell but idk.

I understand many when things go badly or they are cheated on etc we look at ourselves and start nitpicking ourselves about looks etc.
The truth is and research shows when someone cheats it is seldom about the looks of their partner. it is mostly other issues. it is also how you see yourself. Looks are really only skin deep. many who may be seen as good looking by some societal standard often show the true thing the moment they talk and show who they are. we cannot change some features if we do not like them but we can always change our outlook/ our personality and the items that keep people interested even after physical looks fades.
