Co dependency
Does anyone else have this overwhelming feeling they will end up alone? So much that they smother people sometimes…. And yet if they don’t smother them
they are so afraid of anyone getting close and hurting them they push them away with everything they have.
i feel so much like chaos and I don’t know how to stop sometimes.

I have it to some degree. It's a problem with secure attachment. It's great you have such detailed awareness, I really appreciate people in this site, most of them have such good awareness about themselves, it makes me feel like I'm among familiar people.
It seems like you haven't gone to therapy, if you haven't, would you like to see a therapist? They will help you how to manage this problem and live a much healthier, forgiving and satisfying life.
I'm just saying this from what I know from reading about other people, I'm not a professional. What you described takes time to understand and manage, but it's very possible to do. It will take some years, you have to have strong faith and maybe you have to change therapists if you don't find the right one at first try. But many people described they have learned to manage their pain and are in relationships.
I too have the fear of ending up alone, maybe not as intensely as yours but in my case, it's best to not dwell on that particular aspect of life. The truth is I still don't have the answer, and I don't have access to therapy. So I just focus on other aspects, this is the best I can do for now. So if you don't have access to therapists yet, maybe focus on your hobbies, for example- art to express yourself and your creativity. Or whatever feels satisfying to you.
Hope this was helpful somehow- all I know is that I feel you. It's a very difficult feeling and I'm sorry you are going through this. I appreciate you seeking help.
