Anyone have any tips to help build confidence and improve self image after relationship difficulties?

Or any parents ( specifically mom's) have any tips or hobbies that helped them with all of the changes their body had gone through whilst and after having children?

Absolutely hate everything I wear because of my body now . And my confidence has never been so low relationship issues are playing a part in the way that I see myself but also my 2 c sections give me ick whenever I look at myself . Just wanna get myself back to a place I can wear clothes and feel pretty again x

TIA xo

@Cocobeth26 Connect with your inner beauty - your values that hold you together. That will give you outer radiance as well.

Childbirth is a big thing. A lot of women go through confidence issues. You're not alone.

If there is a need for making changes in your lifestyle to focus on better energy and health, make those. It might seem hard at first but I've seen a lot of women make little efforts and make their way back to getting to their original shape.

Surround yourself with people who compliment you and cherish you and know your worth...

Your c sections may look icky at times but they are also a testimony of your power , of your motherhood .... they can be beautiful on the symbolic level.

You are pretty as you are - you just have to feel it. ❤️
