Dad has to have windows open in car
I'm and fed up with Dad. Long drives are basically impossible with him. Mostly because he always over dresses for the car so that means he has to have the windows open. So if Mom, Dad and I are all in the car and he has the window open in the car Mom and I when we're trying to take (either Mom to Dad, or me to Mom or Mom to me) We have to basically shout to be heard over the noise of the highway. Or I have to lean over from the backseat to here what Mom said if she's talking to me.
My other problem with him is he has a habit of starting to drive before everyone has put their seatbelt on. So like yesterday, I needed to take my afternoon pill late from the backpack in the car and I had to have Mom explicatly tell Dad not to start driving. But he still start driving just barley before I had my seatbelt on.

It's difficult, but within family dynamics, it's about learning how to interact so that everyone can get along well together, it's about flexibility and give and take 💙

@Amanda84 It's just its totally unsafe for him to be driving before everyone has had seatbelts on. Mom had told him off at least one time about it.

I understand why you were upset but I think none of you communicate effectively , in a regulated way, to lessen arguments 💙
@Amanda84 it just if Dad didn't need to have the windows open it wouldn't be a problem. I mean Mom literally had to tell Dad off when we had a little trip in Sept 2020(?) because I was basically yelling so loudly and Dad got mad "you don't have to screech" and Mom was like "Well if you weren't over dressed you wouldn't need to have the windows cranked so open that we (Mom/I) have to screech to each other" espically when he has to talk, talk, talk all the way to and from X even to and from the Train station!
@Disneywoman
Yes, I understand, but theres things about each person that annoys family members , no one is perfect and that's why it's important that youse don't fight over every little insignificant thing 💙
@Amanda84 it's just Mom and I are both hard of hearing and Dad's heard of hearing with the stupid windows open so on the way home when Mom was talking to him he was yelling "I can't hear you!" to Mom.. well duh -if you didn't have the window open next to you or behind you you might have heard Mom better! And also I wouldn't have needed to learn forward (which I think is unsafe in the car) when Mom's trying to talk to me in the car.
