Hello guys I'm currently on a break with my partner I was given a date where we supposed to meet up and then talk about it but we agreed on some things like will greet each other but lately it's been feeling like he hates me talks about getting a new girl in front of me with other people and I don't even know

"On a break " means different things to different people. For some a break is really an end. perhaps they think it is a nice let down.
IMO if he was talking about finding new girl in front of you it is to see how far you will go to impress him ... will you jump each time he says jump. This is more insulting anyway I can think of it.
