Fb Social freinds
hi , I am in a relationship with my bf for 8 months and he was always protective about his phone so finally I bought up this as a issue and ask him to show his fb messanger. He is in contact withat lear 4-5 ladies which he called them social friends and they are just chatting and never met in real life. I am quite shocked and I don’t know what should I do. Is it normal to have a fb friend only or He should stop. I am so confused and get stress

Many people have online friends through apps like FB or other various sites. why does it become an issue ? if he showed you his messenger did you just see others girls and not read the conversations? did you just assume it was flirting and something else?
I think this is often causing issues in relationships that i feel are unnecessary..... yes people can have friends both online and in real life and JUST be friends ....
mistrust and jealousy has ruined many relationships like this.... that is why some hide their friends or hide phone conversations....even if innocent because perhaps they do not trust their partner is not going to make something out of nothing....
you talked to him he showed you and told you they are friends nothing more...... you could trust then verify and watch for any other issue but if we are so busy looking for trouble how can we enjoy the now and if we do not Trust how far is this relationship ever going to go.

I don’t have any other friends as virtual friends. So it’s new to me. He is kind of chatting with them every day. I don’t like control him but at the same time I don’t know how to trust him and feeling secure.
overall I am anxious attachment and overthinking.
