Feeling lonely
I am currently in a relationship, but it’s long distance. I’m also currently in nursing school and I’m one of the only men in The cohort it’s me 2 men and 23 women. I have no problem with that everyone is nice. However, because it’s a lot of women, I’m starting to feel like there’s not much I get out of my relationship after hearing all their stories with their boyfriends. My girlfriend lives in another country and in her culture there’s a lot more boundaries than in western cultures and I thought it was something I can adapt to but in the long run it’s just something that’s really eating me alive. I try to think of the blessings out of it, for example her Family literally treats me like their own son. But it makes me a little angry that they actually believe that you’re gonna go to *** if you stay the night at each other’s house before marriage I believe that beliefs like that need to be Controlled.. People who may have a religion and believe that stuff I have nothing against you personally so please don’t get offended I am just against the whole system. I believe to an extent every religion is technically a cult and people are just brainwashed to follow it Religion just tears people apart I believe in God but I will never live my life strictly without a prize

It sounds like you are wondering a bit about what you fundamentally want. On the one hand you like the respect your girlfriend's family gives you, but not so much their religion or the strictness of their rules. On the other hand you are maybe seeing some opportunities for a bit of fun.
There's a pay off in relationships. Committing to one, results in giving up a degree of freedom and everyone has to decide which is the right amount for them. I believe that one of the purposes of dating is to find out about the other person and to establish where their lifestyle fits with yours. If you are very against religions, then this is always likely to be a source of friction between you and is that something you want to live with?
