Feelings overpowering

Hello all,
I am struggling with not reaching out to my ex partner. We were dating for a year and lived together. I made a mistake of overdosing her cat. It's been 7 months since I've seen her and 3 months since we've spoken. She was responsive but felt like I pushed too hard when I asked if she was ok and called her several hours apart. Last she said was "Leave me alone, you are acting psycho."

I'm sorry to hear this happened.
It's not easy moving forward.
But you ultimately, as hard as it is, have to respect that she made this decision.
I wouldn't reach out anymore.
The ball is in her court now.
You need to allow yourself to move forward and to heal 🩷
